Booking Terms
You can reserve your ticket or table through Linda Blaker on +44 (0)20 8652 3304 or email.

Person submitting the booking will automatically become ‘the main point of contact’ for the booking unless otherwise stated. The main point of contact will be responsible for submitting the guests’ details (including name, surname, email, dietary requirements (charges may apply)) before 8 November. Tickets will also be posted to ‘the main point of contact’ and that person will be then responsible for distributing them to the invited guests.

Receipt of your completed order or registration form constitutes a firm booking. 

Invoice payments must be received by LexisNexis within 30 days of the invoice date or by close of business 5 working days before the Event, whichever is the earlier.

Lighting and Special Effects
It is the main point of contact’s responsibility to inform guest(s) that special effects, including strobe lighting, may be used at the event

Age of Guests
No persons under the age of 18 may attend the function or enter the function room at any stage during the event.

Acknowledgement of Bookings and Tickets
The final details along with a map/directions of the venue will be emailed to the main contact for the booking two weeks before the event.

Entrance to this event is for ticket holders only, all tickets will be checked upon arrival to the venue. Please be advised that due to the security reasons you may be refused entry to the event if a valid ticket is not presented.

Tickets will be sent via Royal Mail, 1st Class, prior to the event but before 16 November. These will be posted to the Main Point of Contact, for each booking, for distribution to the invited guests. 

If you have not received the registration email or your ticket by 17 November please telephone our Conference Department on +44 (0)20 8652 3304 to confirm that your registration has been received.

Tickets for the event will not be issued until payment has been received in cleared funds.

Registration on the Day
Doors will open at 18:00 hrs for the drinks reception. The event will start promptly at 19:00 hrs.

Substitute Guests
A substitute guest can take a pre-booked place if a written notification of the changes is received by LexisNexis at least 48 hrs prior to the event. Failure to do so may result in the entry to the Awards being denied.

Cancellation and Refunds
A credit against the registration fee payable (less an administration fee of £50.00 plus VAT per guest) can only be made in respect of written cancellations received by LexisNexis one month before the event (29 October). The full registration fee plus VAT is payable on cancellations received on or after that date.

Table Bookings - In the event that any cancellation reduces the total number of guests on the reserved tables of 10, then the full price for the remaining guests on that booking becomes payable and the reserved table will be open for other guests. 

If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.

Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
