When are the 2019 Awards taking place?

Wednesday 27 November 2019 at The Ballroom South Bank, 99 Upper Ground, Doon Street Car Park, London SE1 9PU.

When will I know whether I/my company has been shortlisted?

The shortlist will be published on this website. Everyone who has entered will receive confirmation by email in early September 2019.

When will I find out if I/ my company has won?

The announcement of the winners will be made at the Family Law Awards on the 27 November 2019 at The Ballroom South Bank, London SE1 9PU

What are the timings for the evening of the awards?

6.00pm - Drinks reception

7.00pm - Welcome address and dinner

9.15pm - Awards ceremony

10:15pm - Awards after-party

Midnight - Carriages

When will I receive my invitations?

Your invitations will be sent to you one month prior to the awards, in time for you to send them on to your confirmed guests.

Who do I notify if one of my guests has special dietary requirements?

A form will be included with your invitations requesting this information.  Simply complete and return to the organizers. This form must be returned at least 2 weeks prior to the event, otherwise charges will apply and guests’ requirements may not be met.

How do I buy tickets for the dinner?

You can purchase tickets online by clicking on the Table Booking menu button and submitting your details.

What is the dress code?

Black tie.

How do I book accommodation?

The Ballroom South Bank is not linked to a specific hotel. However, we have arranged a FREE accommodation service with Jigsaw Conferences Ltd, who have arranged an allocation of rooms to be held at hotels near the venue. If you have a preferred hotel please let Jigsaw know and they will negotiate the best rate for your stay. Rates are only available if booked via Jigsaw or by calling 020 8945 5030. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

What is your table cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made in writing to Linda Blaker. If you cancel on or before 27 September 2019 we will refund your booking fee less an administrative charge of 25%. If you cancel after 27 September 2019 no refund will be given.

If we cancel the function we will refund all booking fees paid. We do not, however, accept liability for travelling, accommodation or any other expenses incurred as a result of any cancellation or postponement of the event.

Our liability for loss or damage incurred as the result of cancellation or postponement of the event is limited to the amount of your booking fee.

These terms and conditions are governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
